Idea Description: Between Mont Clare and Reynolds Dog Park on Longford Road, the Schuylkill River Trail splits into the unpaved Canal Towpath and an on-road segment along Walnut Street and Port Providence Road. Do you live along Walnut Street or Port Providence Road? Have you experienced any issues using the Schuylkill River Trail in Upper Providence Township?
